Change of Mind

Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind treasure, and we hope you fall head over heels with the one you choose. Because of the unique and made-to-order nature of both original artworks and prints, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any questions or need a little help deciding, feel free to get in touch—we’re more than happy to chat through it.

Custom Artwork

We love bringing your ideas to life through custom pieces. Once we’ve kicked off a custom project, we can’t offer refunds—so we always recommend a good ol’ natter to make sure we’re 100% on the same page before any paint hits the canvas.

Damaged Deliveries

On the off chance that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can sort things out quickly:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging, especially if there’s visible damage.
2. Snap pics of the artwork showing the damage.
3. Email me the images to hello@oadestudio.com.au as soon as you can.
4. Please don’t try to fix anything—leave it as-is so we can properly investigate.

We’ll do our best to make it right.

Colour + Screen Variations

We do our best to show artworks accurately, but screens can be sneaky. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device. These differences don’t qualify for returns, so we recommend viewing on multiple screens or reaching out if you’d like more info before purchasing.

Lost Orders

If your artwork goes walkabout in the post, please contact us at hello@oadestudio.com.au ASAP. We’ll work with you to track it down or organise a replacement or refund if needed.

The Nature of Art

Like all beautiful things, art changes a little over time. This natural aging isn’t considered damage, but if you have any concerns about how to care for your piece, we’re happy to share tips to keep it looking fab for years to come.

Intellectual Property

All artworks—original or print—are protected by copyright. That means they remain the intellectual property of the artist (that’s me!). You’re welcome to enjoy them on your walls, but please don’t reproduce, sell or share them without permission. I retain the right to replicate original arts myself for the purpose of prints.
